A cookbook without pictures?!? (Kindle version viewed on iPhone) I don’t know if my review will show as a verified purchase or not since I just returned the Kindle version of the book. The sample was only the introduction text. I bought it anyway because it was a good price and offered tons of recipes. It downloaded it and there were no pictures! I am capable of reading words, but when flipping through a cookbook, I expect there to be photos so I can, or any other reader, can pick out a meal that looks delicious and tempting.Highly recommended for Keto-ers! I decided to try Keto when my doc told me if I didn't watch my weight I'd become diabetic. Haven't looked back! And this book has been my savior! So many delicious recipes! Dinner, snacks, sides, everything I need is in this book. With the nutritional facts listed for every recipe, I know exactly what's going in my body. I always feel full, and the foods I'm devouring are scrumptious. A must have!Lovely It's beautiful, informative, sensical, well organized and provides a clear path to understanding your body and the miracle of ketosis. For me, it seems like it provided an escape to normality. I've been relieved of the stress of dieting. I no longer count calories, never feel deprived, never eat crappy food and am losing excess weight. I think I've actually discovered a more natural lifestyle that I can do for the rest of my life.
