Smart points calculations are WAY OFF. Beware!! This book claims to be WW friendly but the points calculations are WAY off. For example on page 124 there is a recipe for exquisite broccoli cheddar soup. It says it serves 6 and is 228 calories and 2 smart points per serving. But - it uses 3 cups of shredded cheeses which equals 60 points. The cheese alone would be 10 points per serving. This doesn't include the other ingredients which include bitter and coconut cream. I'm not saying the recipes may not be good - but thus is most definitely not a Weight Watchers book. Beware.Great recipes. the recipes are easy to prepare. I'm loving experimenting with all the cool stuff that's in it. Points are given for each recipe so you know exactly where you stand. I've had friends over and they no idea that their meals are lower in calories at all. The vegetarian lasagna is to die for! The desserts are SO good and you can whip many of them up very quickly. I will definitely be trying a lot of these recipes! Happy cooking All!Good read!
